Lobster Ravioli

My girl loves lobster.

My best friend (and Friend of a Friend cohost!) Alana appreciates many of the finer things in life, but lobster is chief among them. For her 30th birthday, we put on a full-blown lobster boil in the middle of February.

The next year, I couldn’t very well repeat myself. I had to think outside the shell. Luckily, she lives close by to Dave’s Fresh Pasta in Somerville and this was all the inspiration I needed. A few pounds of fresh ravioli sheets later, and I was mastering the lobster ravioli assembly line. Don’t sleep on the lemon in the filling of the recipe - it keeps an otherwise rich dish on the right side of bright.
